Giorgio Armani released the 2021 spring and summer collection for women and men through live-broadcast on Italian TV channels and their official Instagram on 26 September. With a sleek and smooth-line stage, the show elegantly blended grey tones in synch with music and light changes for the different clothing paraded by models. The theme of this show is "Timeless Thoughts". The first part of fashion show played a 16-minutes short film narrated by Italian actor Pierfrancesco Favino, about Giorgio Armani's views on fashion, design, clothing, and his own beliefs.
Giorgio Armani released a total of 99 LOOKs in this 2021 spring and summer wear collection for women and men. Classics has never been forgotten over time. This fashion show still retains classic styles, blending with neutral tones, geometric shapes, floral patterns and smooth outlines to show the wearer's elegance, lightness, comfort and vitality.
Giorgio Armani's suits are not only designed for men but also for women who are hard-working going about their own business. Every detail conveys your personality and enables you to be yourself. The opening model to the catwalk show worn a tailored made grey loose-fitting suit made from soft fabric. The whole collection projected confident and calm attitude, exuding the unique beauty of women, moving forward but not aggressive, conveying a gentle but not an underestimated power.
The use of floral & plant patterns with geometric graphic elements for women's tops, half-length skirts, long skirts and jumpsuits, blending with blue, grey and beige and the use of soft fabrics adds casualness and comfort. They reveal an elegant and feminine charm.
Black patterned rompers add a stylish and capable temperament in the daytime wear while adding a sense of mystery to the night.
The precise tailoring of men's suits presented the demeanour of men. Adding suitable soft cotton linen fabrics for spring and summer, the casual tailoring of loose pants which are soft and comfortable gives the attitude of "I am who I am".
The men's clothing, designed with retro geometric patterns on tops, waistcoats and trousers coupled with ingenious modern tailoring integration creates new looks.
The earrings, necklaces and bracelets of women's accessories combination of gentle colours and exaggerated geometric design presented a different style.
The ladies' bags with its simple design and enhanced functionality are easy to match with everyday wear.
Pointed shoes are popular when wearing loose and comfortable clothing. They pointed shoes worn with the collection without the slightest sense of laziness. Transparent shoes with straps are also worn and their silhouettes are as beautiful as dancing shoes.
Giorgio Armani's 2021 spring and summer collection for men and women showed more of a slow-down, unhurried, comfortable and simple state.
