The atmosphere of a beach set the tone for the MaxMara 2022 Spring-Summer Show. Guests are seated on beach chairs to enhance their imagination to watching the show by the sea.

This season's show got its inspiration from a novel written by French novelist Françoise Sagan entitled "Bonjour Tristesse" that was published in 22 languages and sold 5 million copies worldwide. A movie was made with the same title and directed by Otto Preminger. Françoise Sagan could not have a summer vacation because she needed to study at home. It drove her to imagine vacationing by the sea in her mind. Cécile is a girl in the story who is rebellious by nature, unwilling to face real life, spend every day as she pleases, and constantly create problems between her father and his girlfriend. It reminds us again that literature and fashion always complement one another.

Opening the show was Italian model Vittoria Ceretti wearing a straightforward light "weightless" coat and black short-dress with two large pockets accentuating the casual and comfortable ensemble. Black thick-soled fisherman sandals added neutral touch to the overall Look.

Short-sleeved jackets, suit jackets, short skirts and fisherman sandals, revealing slender legs & slim ankles presented the rebellious types with great charms. Light chiffon dresses and sleeveless vests also made the looks lively and bright with distinctive personalities, and each piece conveys the supremacy of self.

With a sense of candidness of lazy girls, the "cool" straight version of denim brought a fresh look with its simple design.

Umbrellas with shades of bright orange and gentle yellow colours for the vacation formed the romantic landscape with the blue of the sea, the colours of sunrise and sunset.

Women will always be rigid and flexible with their resilience flowing through every moment of life. Exquisite black feathers and light chiffon highlighted the feminine auras accompanied by all its mystics and complexity while they enjoy themselves through the midnight hours.

Every Look of MaxMara vividly presented exquisite Italian craftsmanship.
