SHIATZY CHEN LOGO

Shiatzy Chen's Fall/Winter 2024-2025 Collection is deeply influenced by Asian culture, in particular, traditional calligraphy arts. The presentation at the Palais de Tokyo impressed guests with its beautiful set decoration, while Chen's designs reflect the intricate art of calligraphy. The atmosphere is elegant, seamlessly blending ink and brushstrokes into a captivating display of creativity.

As models walk down the runway reminiscent of translucent ink, a mix of heritage and style unfolds. The collection features many unique pieces. The opening look was a black top featuring white cuffs and a collar, matched with a mini skirt, worn with knee-high socks that were constantly featured during the show.

This season, there are many eye-catching looks, such as a purple Mao-inspired long coat adorned with sparkling beading, brush strokes, and embroidered ink flowers. The collection primarily features clothing in black and white, with touches of yellow and purple. These garments are frequently embellished with shimmering details and luxurious textures, highlighting the incorporation of wool, mohair, tweed, and metallic jacquard fabric. Additionally, the colour palette is enriched with imperial hues reminiscent of the Ming dynasty, adding depth to the collection.

The Shiatzy Chen's collection 2024/2025 seamlessly blends Eastern heritage with Western silhouettes, yielding a sophisticated and dynamic wardrobe ideal for global citizens who embrace multiculturalism in fashion. Standout pieces such as the golden-yellow coat exemplify the fusion of contemporary streetwear and sporty-chic styles, embellished with distinctive designs and shiny silver textures to impart a sense of freshness and youthfulness. Whether it's day or night, elegance reigns supreme in each ensemble.
