Before the show, we had the opportunity to speak to this small but powerful lady with sensitive eyes and a huge smile. She shared with us her remarkable journey, hailing from a humble background in a small town in India. Vaishali's path into the world of fashion began with a daring leap at the age of 17, driven by a relentless pursuit of something different. It was in Mumbai where she stumbled upon the intricate artistry of fashion and the skilful hands of weavers crafting fabrics that spoke volumes. Witnessing their dedication ignited a fire within her.

As a woman pursuing her dreams, Vaishali feels a deep sense of humility witnessing other Indian women finding the courage to follow suit. Today, Vaishali stands proud, knowing she has achieved her goal. Having had the opportunity to present her collection at the Paris Haute Couture platform was a surreal moment. Finally, the world was taking notice of these exquisite handcrafted fabrics, transforming them into ethereal pieces of art. Her journey has inspired many, with countless inquiries flooding her inbox about how she made it out of her small town. But the journey doesn't end here; every day brings new discoveries, new fabrics to explore, and new techniques to master.
