Unveiled at Paris Fashion Week, Shiatzy Chen’s Autumn/Winter 2025-2026 Collection is an upbeat celebration of craftsmanship, culture, and modern elegance! The collection, inspired by the mesmerising “Ten Types of Miao Embroidery” from Guizhou, China, takes this centuries-old tradition on an exciting journey—blending heritage with contemporary flair in a way that feels fresh, bold, and effortlessly chic.

Think East meets West with a playful, fashion-forward twist. Sleek qipao-inspired gowns sweep the floor with dramatic grace, sculpted jackets command attention, and voluminous capes add a sense of regal movement. Precision tailoring sharpens the silhouettes, while fluid draping softens them, striking the perfect balance between structure and flow.

Miao embroidery doesn’t just decorate coats, dresses, and accessories—it transforms them. These designs offer a fresh perspective on tradition, with unexpected placements, striking contrasts, and textures that breathe new life into this ancient art. Structured jackets paired with billowing skirts create an eye-catching harmony, while rich fabrics like silk, velvet, and organza add depth and dimension. Details make all the difference: mandarin collars, asymmetrical hems, and daring slits give a modern edge to classic Chinese elements.

White, black, blues, deep reds, floral accents, and earthy neutrals create a palette that is both regal and modern. Every piece in the collection feels like a vibrant, living tribute to the past, reimagined for today’s confident, style-savvy woman.

With this collection, Shiatzy Chen isn’t just paying homage to Miao embroidery—she’s reinventing it, proving once again that tradition and innovation make the most stunning pair.
