ALEXANDRE VAUTHIER

Alexandre Vauthier presented his Spring-Summer 2023 Couture Collection in an industrial building situated in the 15th arrondissement showcasing his dynamic and provocative designs that focused on precise cuts with fitted silhouettes.

Vauthier, who is known for his bold and daring designs, used structured tailoring to create dramatic shapes and silhouettes flattering the female form to accentuate the curves of the body.

A black, faux fur hooded bomber jacket with a body-hugging dress opened the show for the new spring-summer season. Jackets made in luxurious fabrics with edgy details and oversized sharp shoulders, which is another element of Vauthier's signature favourites.

Black is a definite feature of the new collection for dresses to jumpsuits with its cutouts and sequined or lurex jackets. There are also bright fluorescent-coloured faux furs in neon green and fuchsia pink to create unique and eye-catching coats and jackets.

Matching shiny high boots accessorised the collection. The show presented glamourous looks reminiscent of the 1980s era with embellished dresses, miniskirts, and unquestionably bespoke empowerment.

Alexandre Vauthier again turned heads with a combination of comfort and versatility with his statement-making style.
