Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Château de Bertichères, hidden in the lush countryside of Oise, the Royal Jump 2025 made an unforgettable return — a bold fusion of world-class sport, French flair, family fun, and the electrifying spirit of competition.

Across four action-packed days, the estate came alive as 23,000 spectators poured in to witness the magic — with a record-breaking 12,000 visitors filling the grounds on Saturday alone. The Royal Jump has firmly earned its place as one of France’s most thrilling sporting and lifestyle events.

This year’s edition attracted around 400 elite riders, including more than 294 international competitors representing 18 nations — proof of the event’s growing reputation on the global stage. From technical showjumping rounds to heart-racing derby cross and the ultimate challenge of the FEI 4-star cross-country course, the world’s best riders — including Karim Laghouag, Astier Nicolas, and New Zealand’s Tim Price — delivered edge-of-your-seat performances that had crowds cheering at every turn.

And history was made. New Zealand’s Samantha Lissington etched her name into the record books, achieving a world-first by claiming 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the prestigious CCI4*-L category — an extraordinary and unprecedented triple at this level of competition. The entire estate erupted in celebration as the crowd witnessed sporting history unfold.

But the Royal Jump is so much more than sport. It’s a complete experience — a weekend where equestrian excellence meets French art de vivre. Families strolled the charming shopping village, discovering luxury fashion, equestrian style, beauty treasures, and sparkling jewels. Children lit up with excitement, riding ponies and falling under the spell of these magnificent animals for the very first time.

The stables opened their doors, offering visitors a rare behind-the-scenes look at the horses and riders preparing for greatness. Meanwhile, the adrenaline-fueled Six-Bar Challenge had the crowd holding their breath with every daring jump, and the fashion show brought a touch of runway glamour with chic, equestrian-inspired style.

For foodies, gourmet stalls, champagne bars, and French culinary delights were the perfect ingredients for a summer celebration. As the sun set, the energy only soared higher — Matt Pokora’s electrifying live concert transformed Bertichères into a lavish open-air festival.

And the atmosphere reached fever pitch when the 2025 UEFA Champions League final, celebrated live at the Royal Jump site in sync with the national euphoria surrounding PSG’s triumph. Riders, families, and fans united as France claimed victory — with flags flying, champagne flowing, and fireworks lighting up the night sky in a spectacular show of national pride.

With record crowds, global sporting achievements, family-friendly fun, and unforgettable moments, the Royal Jump 2025 once again proved why it’s not just an event — it’s a celebration of sport, heritage, and the joy of coming together.
