“Explore The Latest Trends, And Discover New Product Releases For A Flawless, Radiant Look. Enhance Your Beauty Routine Today!”
Start with a clean face. Use a gentle cleanser suited for your skin type. For oily skin, a foaming cleanser can help control shine, while a creamy cleanser works well for dry skin.
— Exfoliate —
Exfoliating once or twice a week helps remove dead skin cells, creating a smooth canvas for makeup. Consider a gentle scrub or a chemical exfoliant with alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) or beta-hydroxy acids (BHAs).
Moisturize — Hydrated skin is essential for makeup to look its best. Choose a moisturizer that matches your skin type. Gel-based moisturizers work well for oily skin, while rich creams are ideal for dry skin.
Primer — A primer creates a smooth base for the foundation, helping it last longer. Silicone-based primers can fill pores and fine lines while hydrating primers provide a dewy finish.
(STEP N°2) CREATING A FLAWLESS BASE
Foundation — Choosing the right foundation shade is crucial. Match the foundation to your neck to avoid a visible line. Liquid foundations are versatile and suitable for most skin types. Powder foundations are ideal for oily skin, while stick foundations are convenient for touch-ups and full coverage. Use a damp makeup sponge for a natural finish or a foundation brush for fuller coverage.
Concealer — To cover dark circles, apply concealer in a triangular shape under the eyes. This technique not only conceals but also brightens the area. For blemishes, use a small brush to apply concealer directly on the spot and blend the edges.
Setting the Base — Use a translucent setting powder to set your foundation and concealer, focusing on the T-zone to control shine. For a dewy finish and longer wear, use a setting spray. Hold the bottle at arm’s length and mist your face.
Eyebrows — Well-groomed eyebrows frame the face. Brush your eyebrows with a spoolie and fill sparse areas with a pencil or pomade. Use a clear or tinted brow gel to set the hairs in place.
Eyeshadow — Eyeshadow primer prevents creasing and enhances colour payoff. For a basic look, use a transition shade in the crease, a darker shade in the outer corner, and a lighter shade on the lid. Blend well to avoid harsh lines. For added drama, apply shimmer or glitter on the lid.
Eyeliner — Pencil eyeliners are easy to apply and blend, perfect for a softer look. Liquid eyeliners provide a sharp, defined line, ideal for winged eyeliner. Gel eyeliners are versatile and long-lasting, applied with an angled brush for precision.
Mascara — Curl your lashes with an eyelash curler before applying mascara to lift them. Wiggle the mascara wand at the base of your lashes and sweep upward. Apply multiple coats for volume. Use a smaller wand or precise applicator for bottom lashes.
Blush — Apply blush to the apples of your cheeks and blend upward toward your temples. Cream blushes give a natural finish, while powders are more buildable.
Bronzer — Apply bronzer in the shape of a “3” along the sides of your face: forehead, cheeks, and jawline. Blend well for a natural, sun-kissed look.
Highlighter — Highlight the high points of your face where light naturally hits: tops of the cheekbones, bridge of the nose, cupid’s bow, and brow bone.
Exfoliate — Use a lip scrub to remove dead skin cells, followed by a hydrating lip balm.
Lip Liner — Define your lips and prevent lipstick from feathering by lining them with a lip liner that matches your lipstick.
Lipstick — Apply lipstick directly from the bullet or with a brush for precision. Blot with a tissue and reapply for longer wear.
Gloss — For a glossy finish, apply a lip gloss on top of your lipstick or alone for a natural look.
